If you change your mind about your order you have 7 days from the date of receipt of your order to cancel, to do this please e-mail us at mail@northrockgallery.com including the order reference number in the title of e-mail.
If notification of cancellation is received prior to despatch of goods we will refund the full cost of the transaction including any related postage costs. If notification of cancellation is received after the item(s) have been despatched any postage costs are the borne by the customer.
Once you have received your order if you are not happy with your item(s) in any way then send it back to us within 30 days of purchase and we will refund your payment without question as long as the item(s) are in their original packging and have not been used or damaged.
Shipping charges on returned goods are at the customer's expense and we recommend registered post as we will not be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.
Postage will be refunded only if goods are faulty or an error has been made on our part.
If we owe you money on account of your cancellation, we will credit your credit or debit card as soon as reasonably practicable but in any event no later than 30 days from the date of cancellation of your order.
