Our Contract with you, the customer
When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods from Phatsheep.
Any purchases you make from us will be displayed as ‘phatsheep’ on your credit / debit card statement.
All prices and charges on the website are shown in UK pounds Sterling and exclude delivery charges. For info on Delivery charges please see the delivery section of this website.
Making a purchase online at www.northrockgallery.co.uk is easy and secure and available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Continue to Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. You will have an opportunity to check and correct any input errors in your order up until the point at which you submit your order by clicking the 'submit order' button on the secure ordering page.
By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order. Once we have checked the price and availability of the goods, we will e-mail you again to confirm that we accept your order, and that a contract has been made between us.
Whilst we will try our best unfortunately we cannot guarantee that all products advertised on our website are currently available. In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this. We will inform you of an estimated arrival time of new stock if this is appropriate.
You have a right to cancel your order if the goods are not in-stock.
If we owe you money on account of your cancellation, we will credit your credit or debit card as soon as reasonably practicable but in any event no later than 30 days from the date of cancellation of your order.
